While working on a rough draft for my research proposal I cannot help but notice that Annie is using a brand new looking laptop. From what I can recall she used to own a black Acer laptop but now she's using a silver macbook, that's quite an upgrade. She was also muttering under her mouth which at first I mistook as her singing but later realized that she was hissing curses at no one in particular. I decided that I better move somewhere as the distraction Annie is doing is causing me to lose focus on my paper. It's rather annoying specially since the deadline is fast approaching and hearing Annie complain about ebay signup not working the way she wants to is just bloody annoying. She must have noticed me standing up while gathering my things and turned to look at me with a look of apology on her face. I waved it off and said I'd work in my room instead that way if I fall asleep it'd be in my room and I won't be a nuisance to the others.

These days, I'm money-savvy - I know my SIPP investments from my ISA's. However, that wasn't always the case. 3 years ago, I was consistently in debt, I had loans from my family and friends month after month. There came a point in my life where I had to search for coins just to get myself dinner, I realized then that I needed to change the way I lived my life. I started off by planning for my finances 2 weeks in advance, I had a full-time job then so I knew how much I was drawing each month. A spreadsheet that I had created that listed my monthly expenditures as well as my daily spending helped keep track of my finances; but what truly helped was the use of multiple "pockets". There was one for entertainment, daily food allowance, clothes and transport. This allowed me to stick to a fixed budget, when I spend more than I should on a particular category, I would then reduce the amount on another category, gradually this became somewhat of a game to me and I had fun seeing how much I could save each month. 7 months later I cleared my debts and within thirteen months, I managed to get my savings up to $10,000. An investment opportunity came by a year later and I'm now a budding entrepreneur.

Two things caught Vanessa by surprise first the last time she has spoken with Erin since their graduation day and second how on Earth did she get a hold of her mobile number. She was too stunned to react and realized belatedly that she had just agreed to a lunch meeting with Erin at TGIF this coming Saturday. The last time we heard of Erin was a couple of years ago where she got involved in a scandal alongside several oxford electricians after that we have not heard of her since. It was like the Earth opened up and swallowed her and her cohorts. That sounded kind of nasty now doesn't it? But that's the truth I mean everybody in our batch knew how haughty Erin can be and how much she loves to break the rules. The teachers thought it was just a phase but they were dead wrong.

Any relationship will become healthy if there is ample communication between the parties involved. My father and I can attest to this. He raised me up single handedly with the help of nannies whenever he was away on business trips. I remember he taught me how to use a computer when I was three years old. Whenever I would need to talk to him I would either call if he was in a meeting I would email and he would immediately reply. When I was six years old he taught me how to use skype. The first time we installed it and tried out the video chat, we went through skype problem with playback device. This was exhausting at first because we did not know what was the problem and then eventually we had to call skype customer care for technical assistance. The first problem was that our computer sound had a problem and that is why we never heard each other during the chat. We had to buy another computer that was more technologically advanced because we knew that the problems will not cease.

It was raining hard so I was stuck at home. Not wanting to die of boredom, I entertained myself by listening to the album of kylie minogue. It is one of my favorites these days and it is special because it was given to me by Martin on my birthday last year. Yes, Martin gave it to me. He said he wanted to give me something that would always remind me that I was always in his thoughts, wherever he was. As a couple, we shared a liking for Minogue's type of songs. True enough, every time I play the album, I always remember Martin and our happy times together. How I wish he were here with me. You see, Martin is a member of the US Navy and most of the time, he is not home. While he is on duty, I always pray for his safety. Whenever I get the chance, I always call him. If ancient China and Japan fascinates me to no end, ancient Persia and Egypt fascinates Elizabeth very much. She has seen all the released films about ancient Persia and Egypt and said that she can watch them over and over again. The palaces and the dresses from this time is very fascinating, it's also very exotic and alluring. Earlier today she was lounging in the living room watching Arabian Nights while I was doing a press release for a tamworth job when Jenny arrived surprising us. We have not seen Jenny for like a year since she moved to another city and seeing her in our living room is indeed a pleasant surprise. She said she's going to be in town for a week because of the teacher's convention held at the Marriott Hotel. She then asked if it is possible for us to go out while she's in town, dinner or maybe lunch this weekend when everyone's free. Elizabeth volunteered to make the reservations saying that there's this excellent and cozy Italian restaurant not too far from the hotel she's staying.

I have been teaching high school students for many years. In my experience, I realize that even if I am a female, I am fonder of boys than girls. I tried to reflect on this. I wanted to find out why it was so and here is what I came up with. I grew up around boys. I am the only girl in a brood of five and I am very close to my dad, who is one of the most in demand sports psychologists around. When I was a little girl, everyone was so protective of me. No one would make fun of me in school for fear that my brothers would get back at them. I liked the feeling of being safe around my brothers. My dad was extra caring with me and no one took it against him. In short, I was the favorite at home. When I entered high school, I was excited to meet new friends. But to my dismay, I was bullied...by girls. Come to think of it, maybe that's why I don't like being around girls that much. What do you think?

I was raised by my father, and what I know is that he adored me so much. He always told me that when he looks at me he sees my mother, whom I had never met. She passed away when I was being born because of birth complications. He always told me very nice thins about her and he also tells me that my short tempers from her. He taught me to be a honest lady and never take favors from people so that I can just get what I want. He told me that I would rather not have something than get through means that were not honest. This is something that I made part of me. I refused and that left me jobless. My dad told me to get unemployment benefits as I searched for a job. I asked him, do i file unemployment on my taxes? He told me to keep on looking for a job, and suggested that I start small and if I do, then going up the ladder will be worth it.

The heavy rains have caused severe traffic in the streets of New York city. Because of this, those who are still home, did not bother to go anywhere else. Instead, they decided to just stay home and watch what was happening in the news. Seeing the scenario outside, Mark was glad he was home. He did not report to work that day because he was not feeling so well. He could just imagine what could have happened to him if he went out that day and got stuck in the street. It would have been hell, for sure. While Mark was home, doing nothing really important, he suddenly remembered some of his friends whom he has not seen for quite some time already. He would have wanted to get in touch with Pete, but he knew that he has changed his phone number recently. When he realized that reverse phone book free of charge, he used the service to locate Pete's contact details. To his delight, he found Pete and the two decided to hang out the next day. Thank God it was a Friday the next day.
